Next Gen Education provides online tutoring and educational content for Leaving Cert students under the age of 18 in Ireland.
By using our platform, you (“the Student”) and your parent or legal guardian (“the Parent”) agree to these Terms and Conditions
Students must be under 18 and have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use NGE.
All use of the platform by minors must be supervised.
– Pre-recorded lessons
– Live interactive tutoring sessions
– Educational notes and resources
We reserve the right to change, cancel, or update services at any time without prior notice.
All NGE tutors are Garda Vetted and reviewed by our internal team. However, NGE cannot be held liable for the conduct of individual tutors during live sessions. Any issues should be reported immediately
Students agree to:
– Behave respectfully in all live sessions
– Not share login details or copy/download any course materials without permission
– Not record, distribute, or misuse content in any way
NGE reserves the right to suspend or ban users for inappropriate behavior without refund.
All course materials, recordings, branding, and content remain the sole property of NGE and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without written permission.
We comply with GDPR and all data protection laws. Student data is only used for educational and administrative purposes
Parents are fully responsible for:
– The conduct of their child on the platform
– All payments and subscriptions
– Ensuring a safe and suitable learning environment for their child
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
– NGE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
– NGE is not responsible for technical issues, loss of access, or errors in content.
– Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
By using the platform, you (and your parent) agree to indemnify and hold NGE, its team, and its tutors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from your use of the service.
NGE reserves the right to terminate access at any time for violation of these terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes must be resolved in Irish courts.
Parent/Guardian Acknowledgement:
I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions.
I consent to my child using the NGE platform and accept full responsibility for their use of the service.
I agree to follow all rules and behave appropriately on the platform. I understand that breaking the rules may result in my removal from the program.
